issues set forth in point 1 of the letter.  Primarily, the fact that I did not believe the work was done pursuant to the contract, which was the line was supposed to be new from the meter (not split from the furnace) and because of such installation, I believed the line was more prone to leaking.  I was told by two other plumbers/gas line installers that there was a leak so my call to Dale was not for a paid gas leak check.  My interpretation of the conversation was they were offering to check the leak (which I assumed was free of charge as part of the original work) and at the same time, they said [redacted] would come out to check the work performed[redacted] was not with the plumber who tested the gas line in mid-May.  When the plumber came and checked the line and told me there was no leak, he complained of the gardener making too much noise and that the new HVAC work was not done right and if there as a leak, it would be their fault and they should come back.  At that point, I knew I was in the middle of battle of no one was going to admit they did the bad work so I just nodded him off so he could leave my house after 2 hours.  It was only after I complained about the $300 bill they said [redacted] could come out again. They did not say he would come free of charge and at that point, I did not trust them to not charge me again.  Again, two other professionals noted that the gas line was not new from the meter. Dale's own plumber verified this in mid-May 2017 so why should [redacted] come back again? [redacted] should have come out the first day  I do not trust Dale plumbing to admit any wrongdoing in this matter.Sincerely,[redacted]
