Review: March 18th 2014 I paid this company $958 to install 6 new batteries in my golf cart. The installer didn't have the right cables so he chose to improvise. He used bolts to connect multiple cables. This caused one of my batteries to melt and my cart stopped working. This company has never got back to me after leaving multiple messages. When I finally do get someone to answer, they find out it's me and they hang up. I had to pay a different company $240 to come fix their mistake. I texted and e-mailed multiple photos of the damage to the owner and he still chooses to ignore me.Desired Settlement: I think this company owes me the $240 it cost me to have another company fix their mistake.

Review: LSV carts is attempting to collect on a debt I do not owe. They have sent my name to a collection agency. Now I have to hire a lawyer to take them to court to get them to stop.Desired Settlement: I want them to contact the collection agency and have my name taken off their list.

Review: We arranged for [redacted] (LSV SALES MGR) to pick up our customized Club Car Golf Cart (valued at minimum $2500 according to [redacted]) in order to have LSV list it for sale. I signed the agreement and left our cart with the LSV driver that picked it up from our home in Bayshores, Newport Beach. This was in October, 2013, I have called numerous times to find out the status of the cart and [redacted] told me they sold the cart and he would send me a check. I have not heard from [redacted] or anyone from LSV since and it has been 8 months. I have left messages on the office line, called [redacted]'s direct line (cell phone?) and e-mailed the company with no response. I have done research on this company and was horrified at what their customers are saying about their business on the internet, I regret working with this company without doing a simple google search beforehand-had I had known they got an F from the Revdex.com I would have never trusted them with our vehicle.Desired Settlement: Seeking a simple explanation. Have they sold our vehicle? If so, where is the check [redacted] said he'd send a few months ago? If you haven't sold it, why won't you answer my calls and just explain the situation?

Review: I hired this company to come replace 6 batteries on my Gem golf cart. They came to my house to install them which I was told were new batteries. They installed 6 used batteries and these batteries were not even the right kind.The gem cart via the manufacture is suppose to go 30 miles, mine goes 6 with the new batteries. Something is clearly wrong.I have called the company several times and all I get is the run around. I spent over $1,500 with them and after looking at all the Yelp.com reviews, it looks like they have done this a ton of times to other customers.Desired Settlement: I would like to request a full refund.

He said that he didn't have any like those however could give me a really good deal on some new design wheels at $22.00 each for minimum 20 pieces. I asked if these bolted directly to Precedent Carts since those are what we deal in. He said yes they did so I agreed to the order.On receipt of these wheels I immediately recognized the type and realized that they require adapters and extensions to fit any golf cart. I also noticed that one was scuffed and some are missing center caps. I am extremely disappointed with Dave for having deliberately deceived me with this order. I purchase over $5000 /mth in accessories and would never have purchased these items had Dave been honest and informed me that they required additional hardware. I have been buying wheels for around $30 that do bolt on and do not require additional hardware.I have been calling to try and resolve this issue, however can't seem to reach anyone. I find it difficult to believe that your company would allow the use of such tactics. Please contact me at your earliest convenience so we can resolve this issue.Desired Settlement: This company deliberately defrauded a consumer and should therefore issue a refund for the totalamount of purchase including shipping costs.
