I had my vehicle break down (blew the water pump) on the Friday before 4th of July weekend on the way to have my transmission serviced. I walked over to another auto repair shop in the same area to see if they could take my jeep in that weekend and they laughed at me. I then saw the sign for LT Auto just around the corner from the tranny shop, and I walked over there and saw I believe Bruce, or Larry anyway, they were great not only did the take it in and work on it over the weekend but the went over to the tranny shop around the corner and got it when the tranny guy was done. They fixed everything and I got my jeep back before the 4th, and I believe price wise very reasonable. They also called a few days later to make sure everything was working ok. 5 stars by me !","pos-1
