I had a great experience with LT ConstructionLac and his crew rebuilt my old PT deck with composite His quote was competitive, he explained everything that needed doing and was open to my specific requirements and modifications to the original proposal The work was done on a timely basis The quality of the materials and the labor were excellent Two specific things stand out After the construction started, Lac determined that some of the support structure did not need to be replaced and, without my request, reduced the cost accordingly The second is minor in the total scheme of things, but it is a reflection of the kind of work he does: every day they swept and cleaned up Per my experience with contractors on previous projects, this was unexpected, but welcome All in all, Lac will be my guy for any future projects Highly recommended!
I want to submit my review for work done by LT Construction in I purchased a whirlpool tub and wanted it installed while keeping the existing shower headLac gave me a good estimate and said he could do the tub-shower workThe estimate included raising the floor and re-routing the plumbingAfter the work was started, Lac said he wasn't sure about the tub/shower comboHe never raised the floor or re-routed the plumbing, but he still charged me for the workHe got angry that I would not leave him the keys to my homeHe mentioned that someone before me accused him of a missing item, then he got angry with me when I asked if I could trust his workersHe made me drive to the store to go get materials for himHe charged me $dollars extra for installing the floor and wall tiles, and I purchase boxes of tiles so I could pick out the ones I like- but he installed the ones that I said I didn't like firstThere should have been approxtiles left overLac said he used all of them, but I counted even the small pieces of tiles as whole tiles, and there should have been at least boxes left over The tiles were not pressed evenly before the grout was installed - so some are raised 1/in, some are raised only 1/inchThe tub is installed so that I cannot get into it, because the front of it faces a sink and there is no room to enterThe wall with the shower head and tiles on it was also reduced by inches - and now the shower head is only inches from the exposed drywall (it was 12" from the wall before and linedIt should have been tiled)Now the water from the shower runs down the wallLac used waterproofing on the back of the wall, but did not use it on the horizontal surface of the tub where water splashesI told Lac he could have my pedestal sink and the water diverter that he removedI was left with a cracked tile on the floor under the sink, a missing part for my shower, a missing part for my window, a broken blind pull, and a screen door that does not shutWhen I called him about it- he accused me of "not trusting his workers because they did not speak English" and told me "good luck finding someone to help you"Almost 10K later, I have a bathtub I have to step feet over to get into, an exposed wall, and a cracked tile floor

LT was one of contractors to bid on our basement project, decided to got with him based on his ideas and knowledge.....price was also a factor, but of the bids were within a couple hundred dollars of each otherNot sure what more you could ever ask from a contractor, came in on budget and schedule, and the finished product was exactly as we had planned! Next major project we do will easily be with LT

When I first contacted them, they got back to me right away after and were on the job a couple of weeks later! They are a small company, so when doing your job they focus entirely on that jobThey were upfront about all timelines and expenses and were prompt, courteous, and neatThe end result is greatBe sure to be very exact in communications and you'll get everything done to the letterand if you aren't sure of code requirements or other usability issues, Lac will be able to guide you
Our deck needed expansion and replacement, and I called LT Construction to come and give us an estimate I immediately found Lac to be very easy to work with He listened as I explained our "vision" for the project, offered advice and guidance, and ultimately came back with a very reasonable cost estimate The project itself went very smoothly They showed up when they said they would, and worked diligently to complete the work on schedule They are professional, competent, and just very nice to work with I urge anyone in the central MA area who is thinking of doing a home remodeling project to give LT Construction a call

I contacted a few contractors to get a price quote for remodeling/refinishing a deck Lac was very prompt in returning my message and getting back to me He came out, spoke to me about everything and discussed ever thing in full detail to ensure we were on the same page, and nothing was overlookedHe then provided me with an estimate for the work in a timely manner I chose Lac to do the work as he was the most responsive, reliable and overall I had a better experience with him, I liked that he was very thorough, and wanted to make sure everything was noted/discussed He explained how the process would work and when he could come out to complete the jobHis prices are very reasonable and fairHe arrived to do the work when he said he would, and did the work in the amount of time he statedHe was on the job site with a couple of his workers and they all worked very hard to make sure the work was done and up to the standardsThe quality of the work he and his team performed was beyond excellentMy new deck looks amazing and we have received many compliments from friends and family already!
