Mr. [redacted]'s, complaint does in fact represent a correct time line of events....

Mr. [redacted] did in fact pay a retainer of $775.00. The retainer to date has covered most of my time on this project. There are about 12 hours of time NOT covered by the first partial payment. Mr. [redacted] expectations' for how the design process works and response time over the Thanksgiving holiday are inaccurate. The was a lapse in communication during the week of Nov, 23rd 2015 in response to his email sent out Saturday evening on the 21st. I took a few days off to spend time with family. Mr. [redacted] didn't understand this. Mr. [redacted] did send a list of changes, but approximately 75% of the modifications ask for made the house square foot larger, not smaller. I communicated this with Mr. [redacted] through emails explaining this. Mr. [redacted]'s wish list for his home does not fit his required square foot. I explained that in detail to him, and offer many design change to meet his needs. None of the reasonable solutions I presented were acceptable to him. Design and construction are complex, and some issues cannot be resolved as quickly as Mr. Cholessy thinks.
I have been in business for more than 15 years. As a company I design on average 125 project each year. This is the very first time any client has ever asked for a refund, and contacted the Revdex.com about the type of services I've provided. Mr. [redacted] signed a contract and still owes me the balance of the contract $775.00. LT Designs will not proceed with any more design work on this project, but is due a balance for time not paid to date.
