[redacted] brought her vehicle in for repairs on 6/8/2016 and picked up her car on 6/16/2016. We were not contacted by [redacted] that she was having any further issues...

with her vehicle until your letter dated 3/13/2017. We want to make is clear that we warranty our work. However, [redacted] chose not to contact us that she was having any further issues with her vehicle. Instead, she waited nine months after the repairs to make a complaint and request a full refund.In summary, [redacted] has made a claim against L&T Auto without supporting it with any documentation to substantiate her claim and asking for a full refund nine months after said repairs were performed.
