I have been using Royal Rice for yearsI have purchased this bag of Royal rice from a supermarket in ChicagoAfter one month I opened the bag and started using itIt was the 2nd or third time when I inserted my cup into the rice to take some rice out and I noticed small pieces of mold coming upI moved my hand down to the center of the bag and noticed a large piece of grayish moldI was horrified because the whole family including my toddler had consumed that riceMy daughter and I were both sick for couple of days but I did not know if it was related to the rice or notI called FDA and reported the problemI also called the company, the costomer service was not nice nor respectful, it was like they did not even careShe asked me to send some pictures of mold, copy of the receipt and my info so that they could send me a new bagI emailed them with all the information she required and also mentioned that I did not want an exchangeI asked for a refund with a compensation f
