complaint. I contacted the homeowner both times I was unable to make it to his house due to emergency call services we provide. He was unreasonable and proceeded to use vulgarities towards me and said are services were no longer needed. We also switched out s ceiling for the homeowner twice which we were provided the wrong material as well. We didn't complain, we just got the job done. It seems if you do not call this man thirty five times a day he thinks you are avoiding him. In the world of construction problems arise and your schedule sometimes gets screwed up. I was on my way to finish the wall when a water leak occurred which went on for several hrs and I let the homeowner know that I could not keep that time frame and I would call when I returned to that side of town. After that correspondence he proceeded to be rude and that ends our relationship.
this man was supposed to be at my house on tuesday morning at 9am was not here I personally called him he said hes running late because of the rain this was a inside job he said he would be here in 30mins I told him I could not wait past 10;30 he said he would be here but at 10;25 he called and said he was waiting on someone give him another20 min I told him I had to go so he said he would come at 4 pm he called at 4 pm said he was on a emerency job this man has given excuse after excuse and I just feel he is very undependable he can not arrive on time and will not bother to inform you that hes running late he had a appointment with me on tuesday at 9 am I persinally had to call him at 10am a whold hr late to find out if he was coming I would not recommend this company to anyone his employees never show up on time also was told one day by chris that they would be here at 7;30 am and did not show up till 9am he never bothered to call that day either to say they were late would never deal with this man again thank you
