The referenced phone number has been added to LTD’s internal Do Not Call list as of May 11, and will no longer be contacted

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint The response from the company is not acceptable. They still have no right to perform a soft inquiry into any credit report. They had no authorization to even perform such an activity as they are not *** Bank, they are not the original creditor, A collection agency has NO business into a persons credit report at all. Their intrusive inquiry still shows up on my credit report as an inquiry SOFT or NOT it still appears. Suspension of collection activities does not fix the account and nor does them sending the account back to *** Bank.An acceptable resolution to this matter is that the company contacts the credit reporting agencies and REMOVE the "SOFT" Inquiry. In addition I have no problem paying this account with the collection agency as they are FAR better to work with than the call center employees at *** Bank. Therefore I am requesting that the account still remains with this company and not be remanded back to *** Bank. As part of the continuation of collection activities the collection agency will cease and desist any inquiries into my credit report as there is NO information in it that is important to them

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  
However, they were told before it was a wrong number. That point is mute. The more important thing is why is it acceptable to call someone's home more than 10 times in a day? They need to review their business practices and consider how that does not help but instead hinders them in the long run.  Calling more than once a week to me is excessive let alone more than once a day!

Be advised, collection activity has been suspended on the account as of June 30, 2015 and the consumer should no longer receive further contact from LTD.
