Dear Revdex.com

I applied to take a polish test on LTI web site back in November of 2015. From the first moment I had nothing but problems. I called them about 20 times since I applied and I paid for the test. When I spoke LTI personnel first time they were giving me prices of $400 per test. Price I ended up paying was $70. My problem is: on their web site where you choose your proctor, LTI has schools that LTI has not been working with for many years. Why are those schools there? Month went by and still no exam for me. I called LTI and they said that my test was send to school I picked originally. When I called school to make sure they received my test they told me that they don’t work with LTI because they had nothing but problems with them.

There was one person at LTI that tried to help me out and she even said that this is a problem they have all the time. I call LTI again to change school to take my test at. Lady at [redacted] ext 3** (01/**/16 @ 2:57pm central time) answers and tells me: “[redacted]” I told her that she is being rude and I asked for her, name she replied that she won’t give it to me and she hung up. I hope the phone calls are recorder. I wish you could listen to them.

My issue is still not resolved. I do not want money back. I need to take that Polish test for school ASAP.
