When you start the truck it smoke a little bit then it goes away, Other then that there was nothing wrong with the truck, We drove it all the timethe deal was I but a motor from Steve which he say was a new motorAnd overhaul the original motor that came out of the truck, for the next truckHe didn't say anything about a core charge, until I ask him about the original engineHe couldn't find it in his shopHe wanted the money up front, So I gave him $1,in cash deposits before he even started on the truck, And $more the following weekend.As for the tax goes, he said "I better tax you or I'll get in trouble"I told him we itemized our tax every yearSince we use it a lot for work and other volunteer workIt helps us on taxes.One of his co-worker that morning said he ran out of gas driving the truck, the truck wasn't at his shopYeah he was driving the truck aroundHe finally told us that the truck well be ready by noon, He didn't say anything about test runsHe just wanted the money.All I want is the truck, bad gasket or seals fix ( the motor and transfer case)Dual exhaust system fixed legally and the original engine that came out of the truck

ithad a lot of things wrong ­ the temp gauge did not work, the dist was bad, exhaust manifolds werenot correct. The oil dipstick was crushed ­ also he kept telling me he was going to buy one moremotor (two 390 Chevy’s). I told him I would not charge him a core the 2nd time.
