When I purchased the punch card membership as opposed to the regular membership, it is precisely because I don't want my punch card to renew without me being consultedWhen I realized that the punchcard membership renewed automatically without any notification email sent to me, I checked the gym's user interfaceThere is a "renew" button for punch card membership that's always turned on, and as a member there is no way for me to opt out of this "auto renew" optionI then asked the client service emailI was told to fill out a form, which I did. Jared the client service person then told me I can not cancel the new membership that's "auto renewed" without me, the customer being consulted or notified or given an option to opt out from their interfaceAfter receiving my complaint, he ensured me that the second, already renewed punch card will not auto renew againBut unfortunately, the first punchcard renewed without my consent therefore I need to be refunded for a time punch card that I never consented to purchasing

Hi There,With the pack membership there is ample time to opt out of the renewalWe allow all pack holders to opt out of this renewal prior to the use of the 10th class which is a generous extension to our general policy of days notice which is stated in the terms of service and the members contract.The interface that the customer is referring to plainly states that the membership will renew, and buy purchasing, you are consenting to thisAgain, the cancellation of the package can be done prior to the last use of the final class on your punch card which is plainly stated several timesIt is the responsibility of the customer to read everything that they sign and ask questions prior to their purchaseOur current and prior customers (over 1,users over years) have each complied with our policies because they are stated a in redundancy and mutually agreed upon.Attached is a copy of the customers signed and initialed terms of service agreement which is in compliance with NY State and Federal guidelines.?
