Five months to respond. Why am I not surprised...
I'm still very concerned about this company's collection process and I will be checking my credit report to verify if any of this nonsense has appeared on my credit. Additionally, I never received any invoices in the mail as promised.
I also want to mention, I had to see my physician due to the stress & anxiety caused by this company's threatening phone call. Every time I checked my mail, I was afraid to find a law suit in there or worried my employer was going to be notified. This kind of behavior should be illegal.
