LTS Repocession

Review: This company towed my car and during this time it incurred damages to the door, the front where they hooked up the car and other various spots. I contacted them about the issue and received a very rude response. I was also told that there was video footage of me walking around the car upon picking it up. Of course, I never received this because it did not happen. My car was covered in a pollen-like yellow substance when I picked it up. Therefore it was possible for me to see what was done to my car, unless I did do a thorough inspection, which I did not. I never received a copy of any of the documents that were signed upon picking up the car. I simply asked that the repairs be made to my car for ther damage that was done by their workers.Desired Settlement: Repairs to my car for the damage that was done. Drivers side door, panel coming off of the door, the front fender (where it was scratched), the top of the drivers door (where it looks like the door may have been attempted to be pried open)
