Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:This is not at all what happenedI was never informed that she could not do this or was I offered highlights instead of the ombreShe did not tell me I would have to wait a month and we did not discuss price in the visit because when I had gone in weeks before I showed her a picture of what I wanted and asked what it would costShe said $I had told my fiancee I was thinking of letting her do my hair and he bought me certificateWhen I went for my appointment Roaa seemed to me, to be very confident in being able to get my hair the way I wantedI did not change my mind about the colorI went into LuLu's wanting a grey to white ombreWhen I left it was a red orangeWhen I got home I noticed green on the tips as you can see in the picture I attached with my complaintI text Roaa and let her know and she said she could fix it and give me beautiful colorAgain, I was never told to wait a certain amount of time before bleaching againI went in and she bleached it again and added a product to the bleach (olaplex) that was supposed to keep my hair from being damagedI never said I wanted more blonde I sat in the chair and Roaa started bleaching my hair again and she said today we will do the ombreWhen I left it was orange and when I got home as stated in my complaint it was breaking and orange as you can see once again in the picture I submittedI never said I liked it what I said was she pulled out the red tonesI text her to fix the color because I matched my orange tabby catShe said she could give me a beautiful color again and scheduled a appointmentI thought about it and text her the next day asking for a refundI didn't want Roaa to "fix" my hair anymore and I said I would rather go somewhere elseShe refused to give me a refund forcing me to go to other measures to get itI have never had to get money back from someone before as Roaa states I told her in the responseMy fiancee Mr [redacted] did go in to try to get refunded and was told I can go in and get deep conditions to help with the damage and was given $I never mentioned to Roaa how I was going to pay nor did I mention a gift cardI never said it was a birthday giftShe got that from the complaintWhen I went to pay her on the first visit she said $I then pulled my certificate outI do not want to go back to get any sort of treatment in the fear of my hair getting worse and knowing she was supposed to send product home with me as a extra step to the olaplexMy fiancee never said he would talk to me or that I would not cause more "problems" or that he was satisfied with the outcomeI am still asking for the remainder of the money that was paid to the gift certificate which is $I am not asking a refund for all the products I have had to purchase in addition to thisAll I am wanting is the remainder of my money and to move on from thisI have cried many times because my hair looks to awfulI have to wear my hair in a bun to work because I am ashamed of what I look likeI was very proud of my hair and it took me years to grow it out and it's ruined! *** *** ***Dear Representative Revdex.comLuLu Salon & Day Spa Received a Letter of complaint against our Salon on Nov, 17th 2015ID # ***.I Roaa *** After Reviewing the complaint, I am sorry to say that I am
truly disappointed of this matter.Mrs, *** came to the shop with a gift certificate that was peachiest by her Husband for the Amount of $ 150.00. Mrs *** came to the shop oct 30th and wanted to get an Umbrae done, I told her because she had jet black hair it is not going to come out complete blond that the first time with black we may have to wait a month and do it again( we always let the customers know the outcome up front) and may be she should think about just doing a High LightMrs*** said she still wanted the Umbrae, I also told mrs*** that the cost will be more due to the length and the thickness off her hair, she said that was ok and so we did it. After we finished the color was not as she wanted, I did explained why and that like I had warned her it was not going to be completely blond. the regular cost for this particular Umbrae would have bean Around $ but I did not want to charge her more being that it was a birthday gift.Mrs*** did text me the next day and say that it was green I called her and told her that it is to soon to bleach it again to wait a week or so and I will change the colorshe came back Nov, 7th (her hair was not green but a dirty blond )and said she changed her mind about doing it dark and wanted more blond I told her I cant not make it any blonder because I can’t put anymore bleach but I will give it a little bit more lighterafter I finished it she like it and she wanted to pay me but again I did not Charged her ( Loss for me) On Nov, 9th Mrs*** text me a photo from a previous times she wanted her hair done dark color I told her ok to come back Friday the 14th at 2:pm she then text on Nov, and said she wanted her money Back in cash that same day I told her that I can not give her the money backshe kept on calling me and threatened to take me to court if I don't refund her money in cash the same dayi told her even if did refund witch I wont it will not be in cash it would be to the card or a check and it may take 3-business daysMrs *** continue to call and said how she knows how to get her money back and that she have done it in the past. On the Nov, 12th Mr *** came to the shop and was talking with my husband and he ask if she can come back and get her hair done back to black, I said that will not do her hair again because she kept changing her mind on color and was playing with my time, so my husband gave Mr*** $ cash and he was ok with it and understood the products and the time was spent was a loss for me and Mr *** apologized and said he would talk to her and will not cause anymore problems and left the shop Regards Roaa ***

To better Buisness BureauI am responding to the letter to send to me on 11/10/2015.I regrit to say that I am finished with this Lady, I haven’t done anything wrong and I have given her $ to her only because its not about the money but because of the way this is handle I have nothing more to say except I did not do anything wrong.Best regardsRoaa ***

She said $130.00. I had told my fiancee I was thinking of letting her do my hair and he bought me certificate. When I went for my appointment Roaa seemed to me, to be very confident in being able to get my hair the way I wanted. I did not change my mind about the color. I went into LuLu's wanting a grey to white ombre. When I left it was a red orange. When I got home I noticed green on the tips as you can see in the picture I attached with my complaint. I never mentioned to Roaa how I was going to pay nor did I mention a gift card. I never said it was a birthday gift. She got that from the complaint. When I went to pay her on the first visit she said $130 I then pulled my certificate out. I do not want to go back to get any sort of treatment in the fear of my hair getting worse and knowing she was supposed to send product home with me as a extra step to the olaplex. My fiancee never said he would talk to me or that I would not cause more "problems" or that he  was satisfied with the outcome. I am still asking for the remainder of the money that was paid to the gift certificate which is $63.91. I am not asking a refund for all the products I have had to purchase in addition to this. All I am wanting is the remainder of my money and to move on from this. I have cried many times because my hair looks to awful. I have to wear my hair in a bun to work because I am ashamed of what I look like. I was very proud of my hair and it took me 7 years to grow it out and it's ruined! I had to cut off 4 inches so far and will have to cut off at least another 5 to get most of the fried hair off.
