Hello *** ***, This is Lee, the store manager from Lu's Sandwich NE. I am sorry to hear of this incident regarding your visit to the shop. A quick explanation but by no means an excuse to what occurred. I was not, at the time, on dutyFrom my
understanding after listening to the employee and manager on duty's statements and also reviewing video recordings, this is what occurredYou arrived at the shop at 4:27pm on Saturday September 10th. You requested a Banh Mi Sandwich and was responded by an employee that there was a 10-minute wait on our next bread delivery. He explained that he offered a discount on our noodle/rice bowl, if that worked for you. I have trained the employees to offer free complimentary appetizers while you wait, if for some reason a situation like this should happen. I asked the employee if he offered this to you but he said you left quite abruptly before getting the chance to. The manager on duty informed me that he received a phone call from you later on and you commented that his excuse was that we were busy Again this is no excuse but an effort to explain. His quote about being busy was directed to our lunch rush, not at current time of incident, in which we had an increase volume of customers than our Saturday afternoons. We are still a young business and have been open for business roughly two monthsWe are trying our best and continually working on improving our bread availability at any given time. As for an explanation of your comparison of us to subway and jimmy johns, that they always have bread ready, is that we hand make and bake our bread daily from scratch to provide the quality product we aim for, whereas our larger counterparts always have frozen bread available ready to bakeAgain we apologize for the negative experience and any inconvenience we have caused you. We will continue to do our best to improve our business in every aspect. We would love to have you return and try our sandwich complimentary on the house Thank You, Lee

I am rejecting this response No way did the empolyee offered me free appetizers he could've said right away if I wanted an appetizer while I waitedHe offered me a bowl which I refused I didn't want a bowl a wanted a sandwich what is so hard to understand about that do you understand English the difference between a bowl and a sandwichPlus this was at 4:in the afternoon I'm my country that's dinner time I don't know what it is in yoursIf you trained the empolyee so well he could've said can I offer you a bowl and 10% or a free appetizer he said absolutely nothing about an appetizer I would've stayed if he did but the mns you hired didn't offer me itIn order to remove this I want free sandwiches and appitizers for your lack of product the way you run things and for me to waste my time thereI'm from NYC and I go to many places like yours that actually have product waiting and there is a hell of a lot more people thereSo this is not resolved yet until I get what I deserve and I deserve free sandwiches and two free appitizers ***
