I had my windows cleaned by Student Windows and they did an excellent job But I wanted to have my screens replaced on windows She took the screens and promised them that evening or the next day After phone calls and waiting at home for their delivery on occasions, they were finally delivered a week later Unfortunately the quality of the product was not good The screens were not tight in the frame and on one I put my finger through it, while trying to put it in She did offer to redo, but I declined I would not have Student Windows replace screens She also wanted her payment before month's end and to avoid waiting for them to come again, I have put in our mailbox, where it still sits days later

After 3 phone calls and waiting at home for their delivery on 2 occasions, they were finally delivered a week later. Unfortunately the quality of the product was not good. The screens were not tight in the frame and on one I put my finger through it, while trying to put it in. She did offer to redo, but I declined. I would not have Student Windows replace screens. She also wanted her payment before month's end and to avoid waiting for them to come again, I have put in our mailbox, where it still sits 5 days later.

I just had my windows cleaned by Student Windows for the third consecutive year and, as always, the windows look great. They were friendly, courteous, professional and efficient. I'll be happy to have them back next year.

Just had my windows cleaned by Student Windows Ottawa - and couldn't be happier. Friendly, courteous and professional - they were in and out in record time and my windows never looked cleaner. Almost seems a shade to have to close the curtains and lower the blinds again. Highly recommend Student Windows!!
