But I read enough of them that I feel like when you want them to be used by not only yourself in the future but others that you may not be able to reach via world of mouth. I have highly praised [redacted]'s work to many friends and co workers who were looking to get some work done and needed quotes. He was very knowledgeable and I dare say a perfectionist on his connections to the existing hvac infrastructure. Testing for leaks or seams that are tight. And he was kind to all of our pets and children and answered any questions whether they were trivial or not. I will be using him again when our A/C goes out by next summer if we have another summer like this one again :)
I had an appointment at 1pm and Mike was very prompt. He explained what he was doing and made comments about the condition of my furnace. All was checked within 30 minutes and I had peace of mind that my furnace would function properly for the winter months. I will use this company once again in the spring to check my cooling system before I need to use my air conditioning for the summer months. Cost was not prohibitive for the annual maintenance of my furnace.
Mike is friendly and courteous. He quickly responded to our furnace cleaning concern and properly recommended a Reme Halo system to purify the air in the home. We have grandchildren with breathing difficulties. He factory ordered the system and had it installed within 2 weeks. Mike went over the care of the system with our daughter and will make a site visit in a few months to confirm the system is functioning as recommended. His customer service is exemplary. We know our family is in good hands with Mike and highly recommend his company.
