Lube 2 Go

Lube 2 Go will not return items they forgot to put back in my car after detail.I went to the Lube 2 Go location in Marlborough on [redacted] from a [redacted] appointment.After returning home from my detail, I realized two items I had left in my front seat, a [redacted] back pillow and a bag with a [redacted] Halloween costume, were not put back in my car. I sent an email to Lube 2 Go and received a text from [redacted] (XXX) XXX-XXXX, who said they probably just forgot to put them back in my car and after returning to the shop on Monday he would set up a time to bring them to me or meet me.Monday at noon [redacted] texted to me say he had my items and we could meet or he could drop them off.After letting him know I lived in [redacted] and worked in [redacted] (and could meet at either location) I didn't hear from him so texted him Tuesday morning. He said he would bring them to my leasing office.I left work early on Tuesday to pick up my items before my leasing office closed and they weren't there. I texted [redacted] to ask about my items and he said he got pulled over, license was expired and his car was towed and he forgot to text me saying he couldn't drop my items off. He said his boss could bring my items to me Wednesday or Thursday or I could come pick them up. Since its an hour round trip to pick them up (and they forgot to put them back in my car) I said I would pick them up at my leasing office. I left work early again on Thursday to pick up my items at my leasing office and again, they weren't there. I texted [redacted] that this was unacceptable and I was going to file a complaint, to which he replied he was not going to risk getting his car towed to bring me a pillow.Desired SettlementAt this point I would like my items returned, or be reimbursed for the cost to get replacements.

Had by car detailed by this company the day before Thanksgiving they broke the front window and will not reimburse the cost.Had my car detailed by this company the day before Thanksgiving. When I returned they told me they had cracked the front window. They ask me to pay to have the repair done and then they would reimburse me. I have called [redacted] (XXX-XXX-XXXX) several times. He has said he would send me a check and he has not. I filed a claim with my insurance company the day of the accident and they only paid [redacted] I put the rest on a credit card.Desired Settlement[redacted]
