Lube Depot and Repair

Review: On Sunday I took my car to this shop I was charged $46.00 for a diagnostic test. I was told my car had a leak in the coolant system. I gave them permission to do the repairs. I was charged @$213 the very next day I had the same problems took the car back was told engine had a block and I needed to have that repaired. They also stared would give me good price on engine.spoke with my mom who called and spoke with "Joe" who agreed but needed to speak with his manager to determine how much of the money would he refunded. Mom called next day (Tuesday) spoke with "[redacted]" who stated he was owner and would not be refunding anything back. Says this type of problem is a process of elimination. We totally disagree in fact it was his place of business who did the diagnostic test and told me what was wrong with my car. I paid for a service it was not fixed and I feel I'm entitled to a refund!Desired Settlement: A refund of money that was paid!
