Review: I received a standard oil change from them in mid April and found about two weeks later that I was low on oil. I topped off my oil and thought nothing of it until I found an oil stain under my truck after just a few minutes of being parked there. Upon inspection I found that the drain plug was leaking as well as the filter. I decided to redo their oil change and discovered that they did not use the correct washer for the plug, they did not use the correct oil weight and they did not tighten the filter adequately. Running out of oil could have ruined my engine if I wasn't paying attention. I contacted Lube express and asked them to refund their service and to pay for a new filter. The manager [redacted] was polite and said he would alert the owner about my situation and leave him message to call me. [redacted], the owner, avoided my calls for a weak with the help of one of the other managers [redacted] who was unhelpful and rude on multiple occasions.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the service cost as well as the price of the oil filter and oil.

We are aware of the many slanderous complaints made by this person and out lawyer is currently drafting a letter to the customer requiring the removal of all complaints with any social media or other entities like the Revdex.com. The service was done correctly. If the customer doesn’t remove all complaints from every forum and entity we will pursue this lawsuit to the end and hold him liable!! Information regarding his complaints [redacted] the manager on the day of service informed the customer of his vehicle needing repair work as it was leaking badly and his oil level was below the safe line when he came in, which is all documented on his signed invoice. The drain plug gasket was the correct one, it was also the same one he came in with as we did not replace it. The correct oil weight was installed according to manufacturing specifications, the oil filter was tightened to specs. The owner did not dodge his phone calls as he had already been told by the appropriate investigator/manager “[redacted]” that we had done the oil change correctly and there was no fault on our side.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
