Lube-It

Review: Lube It advertises all the services it performs in the waiting room for a full service oil change. The company did not give me the full amount of synthetic oil my car requires (6.4 quarts) they gave 4 .2 quarts and tried to charge me for the -extra- quart they didn't give me. I saw the four empty quarts in the garbage can next to my car. That was all that was in there. Then they tried to charge me for the new oil filter, which I am not sure they installed - I must go under the car to see-, however it is posted the full service charge includes a new oil filter. They also advertise they replenish fluids the car needs. I drove away and stopped a block away seeing that the window washer fluid had not been replenished, nor even water in the coolant system. I drove back minutes later to ask them to fulfill that. They gave me washer fluid and about a cup full of coolant.

I was charged 77.58 for the oil change which normally cost 79.95, however I had a $7 off coupon. In essence they owe me for the 2 quarts of oil they did not put in my car. They charge $7 /Quart, so I am owed $14 back from their company.

They did not perform the services stated on their list of full service items, figuring as a woman I would not know. They gave me a hard time about the services, switching stories on what is included and not. Their service list is large and clearly outlined.Desired Settlement: They mail me a refund check of $14.

I do not want credit towards a future oil change as they have proved themselves untrustworthy and not performing their stated services.
