sorry to hear that [redacted] did not receive his
original Open Water certification which was mailed on May 26th or
his Enriched Air Diver certification that was mailed on Jun 18th. This letter serves as confirmation that his cards were
mailed out on the following dates:As you can see, we have mailed both [redacted]’s Open Water and
Enriched Air certifications more recently, as of July 10th. I
attempted to call him at his phone number on file but I received a busy tone
both times I attempted to call him at: (605) [redacted]. I have followed up with
him by sending him the following email (seen on the next page).Please let me know if there is anything further I can be of

I cannot open the document attached. Additionally the cards STILL have not been received through USPS, I paid PADI $24.00 to have them overnight to me via UPS, which I did receive. To resolve this matter, PADI needs to reimburse me the overnight fee of $24.00.

Review: After getting my oil changed at Lube Pros in Janesville (on Milton ave.) I noticed my car was leaking oil. I took it to Harms Kia in Janesville thinking it was a problem with my car. BUT they told me whoever had done my last oil change did not put the oil filter on all the way and a washer was not put on, either. Resulting in the oil leaking out of my car. I have the documentation from my dealership stating what they found along with the charges for ANOTHER oil change and cleaning my engine of leaked/splattered oil. I had been in contact with [redacted] who is the operations managers for Lube Pros. He stated he was forwarding my complaint to the owner of the Janesville store and I have heard NOTHING from them since August 29, 2013.Desired Settlement: I would like to be compensated for paying for an additional oil change because of substandard service I have received from Lube Pros. I would at least like my oil change and cleaning of my engine paid for.
