My name is *** and I am going to be evicted at the end of December 2019. The apt that I live in is inhabitable and dangerous to live in. The foundation of the walls have cracks in them and a piece of the ceiling has a bubble in it that looks like it is going to fall down. The windows throughout the apt has no insulation whatsoever and the cold air seeps into the apt so that it is always cold even with the heat on. Many of the window frames are broken and falling off the windows.
Please help me and any other tenant that may fall into the trap of this slum landlord. The basement falls are crumbling and the water are pipes are rusty. Please please Please help me!!!

This complaint is in regards to a current Revdex.com issue that I have with this company. The case number is ***. I am renting the first floor apt. and the front door hallway/vestibule is being heated by my apt. unit. The front door hallway/vestibule radiators are connected to the pipes in my apartment and when I turn on the heat in my apt. the front door hallway automatically gets warm as well. The second floor tenant is receiving the benefit of a heated hallway when they enter the building because there is not a separate entry way. I am paying to heat the front door hallway and I want to be compensated for this immediately. It is not fair that I am heating the front door hallway for another tenant and that tenant doesn't have to share the cost of heating the hallway!!!
