I would not recommend this companyI ordered a custom 'mini' crib set which was advertised on etsyWhen I first contacted them, they were very happy to assist me in odering the bedding set and assured me I would have it in plenty of time for the arrival of my grand daughterOne month, Two months and then I started to call It was one delay after anotherWhen it finally arrived it was much to SMALL for the mattressI took PICTURES and sent them back along with the bedding and original measurementsThe owner apologized and assured me a new set would be sent out immediately I waited months and finally the set arrivedIt was big enought to fit a twin size mattress I gave up and filed a dispute with my credit card companyWhile on the phone with my credit card company, they tried to phone Lublini, no answer, message was left, many phone calls to Lublini from credit card company went ignoredI was finally refunded my money after months

WOWThe bedding arrived super fast and the quality and craftsmanship is amazingI immediately ordered more custom itemsThey take longer, but so worth itThis store is extraordinary, unique, modern and the products and designs are just beautifulI couldn't be happier, especially since Stokke bedding are impossible to findThis is now my GO TO bedding store ! I placed an order with Lublini on July 11th 2016, for a stokke crib skirt and care changing pad. They took 2 weeks to send me an order confirmation email. I then emailed asking if there could be rush shipping/production as I was anxious to get this ASAP. They said "they would put a rush on it if it was possible and get back to me to let me know". They never got back to me either way. I emailed again multiple times in the next 4-5 weeks to check on status. After no response, I received a phone call at about 7 weeks telling me they could make my order faster with a different print. At this point, per their shipping policy, it is supposed to be shipping, and it hadn't even been made. I explained no that I wanted the original pattern I asked for. To which the response was "ok that fabric comes in next week". So I waited for 8 weeks for no production to be done at all. I emailed last week at 10 weeks to check the status, no response. I emailed today at 11 weeks with frustration and I received a response quickly saying they tried to contact me "dozens of times" via email and phone and that is simply not true. Now they have cancelled my order, with nothing even made for me. I have been waiting patiently for almost 3 months, and now 2 weeks before my baby is due I am being blamed and have no crib skirt or care cover made for me. Awful customer service and communication.

I ordered custom bedding from the subject business 5 months ago. When I finally recieved my item (3 weeks later then stipulated on the companies online purchase policy) it was not the correct size. The measurments of the custom bedding were those of the merchants pertaining to a certain brand of crib. The merchant agreed to fix the problem with no wait time and asked that the product be sent back for repair. I did so thinking it would be fixed quickly as promised. After a month I inquired with the company numerous times as to the wearabouts of my product. Finally I was told that product has been fixed, however No tracking number was provided and I still do not my item. All I want is a refund on my credit card for the amount of the product. It has now been over 5 months since the initial purchase and that is an unacceptable wait time.
