Response to complaint: ID ***First off, all customers are quoted an oil change price that includes quarts of oil and are told if there is any additional oil needed it will be billed out at the per quart price depending on the type of oil being used for their oil changeNothing suspicious or
malicious in that and it is in writing on a board behind the counter where the receptionist greets all the customers at isThe air condenser is nothing that our Techs would have been near for an oil changeCondensers leak because of age or where they are located an item such as a rock or debris hits it when the customer is driving down the roadAs far as the complaint about her being at our counter and hearing many more people being told an "extra" quarts was necessary and charged for it they like many customers are probably just more educated on their vehicles and understand many vehicles now a days require more than just the quarts we include in our basic oil changeNothing "suspicious" about our business ethicsThat's how it's done in the oil change businessUnfortunately since we don not work on A/C systems on cars we con not look at her issuesWe referred her to go to ta shop that specializes in A/C systemsThat's all we can do at this point.
