Lucas Smith Chrysler Center

I went to purchase a car there and on their mobile app it says that they offer a power train lifetime warranty. When we got there they say that they have not offered that for over a year. I didn't know there would be a difference between what they offered on their website and what they offered on their mobile app. They did not honor the power train warranty nor the price listed on the app. I spoke with finance but I still was uncertain of how they determined the pricing for the vehicle.

Last year I needed my a/c worked on. I explained I needed the truck for vacation so completion was critical. $2300.00 later I took the truck on vacation without a/c. It was NOT fixed. I returned the truck and an additional $300.00 later I got the truck back and the a/c seemed to work. This was at the end of September 2018. This spring no a/c, so I took it to my usual mechanic just to have a charge done and found out the Freon only would last about 6 weeks, then no a/c, which is why it seemed to be fixed at the end of the summer season last year. I’m convinced Lucas Smith did nothing to fix my Dodge truck and only charged the system for a combined total of about $2600.00. I offer NO stars and I’m disappointed there aren’t negative stars available. Do not do business here. I won’t buy so much as a quart of oil here in the future.

I went to the business a week ago to buy a 2017 Jeep Cherokee Sport 4x4. I went to this dealership because I received a newspaper where they advertise a sale price of $19,579.00. When filling out the paperwork, I saw the total price was $23,000. This is after a discount, as I am a former employee of Chrysler. I questioned them and questioned them and could not get an answer.
