So on 5/5/18, my mom & I attended the auction & originally purchased a Ford ExplorerAfter the auction ended, we went to get in the car and check it out, and discovered there was an an issue switching gears (transmission)We were told NOT TO TAKE THE CAR OFF THE LOT, but to just leave the car & keys there and to contact the manager (Victor) on Monday (5/7) to notify him of the issue and see if we could put the original purchase price of that Ford toward another car at a subsequent auction day (his answer was yes)
