I am rejecting this response because I am the customer I am not going to chase [redacted] around espically after  GM corporate offices stated to me on Friday 6/13/2014 that [redacted] would be calling me I am also going to contact the [redacted] FROM GM CORPORATE SPOKE TO [redacted] directly.

I am rejecting this response because:
I have been at the dealer more then enough time and each time I was there I waited for the dealer manager to return my calls and no calls has been return.  My car is still making the same noise and other chevy dealers are saying that I have to get new tires before they can check.  Brakes pedal still squeaks.  Heated seat don't work right.  This was a pre-owned certified car and now they don't want to honor there word.  This hurts because I trusted them on their word.  Every time I asked to be called back I was given the answer that [redacted] wife just had a baby and he will be in later, when I call later he was with customer.  It's going on a year and the problem still exist.  I want to be compensated for my loss and trouble.  $3000.00

This is the very first time I've heard this compliant. We are under construction so if a message was not returned I apologies but I never personally had a compliant message from this customer. I would ask the customer to contact me directly to discuss her options in service or even trading her out...

Review: I purchased a 2009 Traverse on 6/1/13, I also purchased a warranty and GAP Insurance. Also the truck was certified pre-owned. I had a sunroof and DVD player put in which I was promised a lifetime guarantee on the sunroof. I was told to bring the truck back on that Monday so they can do the sunroof, DVD player and inspect the truck for the pre-owned certified. I beleive it took about 3 to 4 days for the work to be finished. On 7/8/13 I took the truck back because there was sweaking noises and a thumbing sound from wheel and was told that it needed brakes. I asked how did it need brakes so soon if the truck was given a full pre-owned certification about a month ago. Was told they may have missed that. I was having problem with the roof leaking 3 to 4 times, finally that have been taken care of. When I brought the truck it have leather seat and heated seats. I was never told that was products that was put in after the previous owner brought the truck. The heated seats does not work and after taking it back to them to fix I was told that it was not original to the truck. I stated that the truck was pre-owned certified and that mean that it should be certified. I was given a run around for days. The thumbing sound still comes from the tires. And I was told that I needed new tires after only 4,839 miles by [redacted] Chevrolet. [redacted] Chevrolet told me that until I get new tires they can't tell me if the thumbing noise if from the tires or something else. [redacted] Chevrolet quoted the cost of the tires being over $1000.00 Plus Lucas Chevrolet was not recording some of the times I brought the truck in. I did not received paper work sometimes and when I asked another chevy dealer to look it up it was not there. The Manager never returned any of my phone calls or made any attempt to correct the manner.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the heated seat that do not work and for the tires. I would like a refund of 3,000.00

Review: I purchased a 2013 Chevrolet Silverado extended cab from this dealer the service dept installed a bed liner in the truck prior to my purchase the bed liner was not installed correctly and I went back to the dealer on Sept 24,2014 to get the problem fixed as well as bring to there attention that the bed liner bubbles up by the tail gate .They told me they replaced the bed liner on the 24th of Sept it looked like the same bed liner to me and I was never given any documentation for the repair as I was told they would mail it to me .

This truck has only 2600 miles on it I use it when necessary only to drive .I noticed that the tail gate was scratched when they installed the new bed liner nothing was done to fix it.On May 21.2014 I went back to Lucas to tell them that the bed was still bubbling up and I did not want to use the back of the truck because the bed liner was not installed correctly as well as bubbling up .While at Lucas I showed my sales person [redacted] what I was talking about and also showedhim that there was a truck in the lot for sale that had a GM liner in it and it had ths same problem .I only bought this truck from Lucas because he made the sale easy as I myself used to sell Chevrolet at [redacted] that was once in [redacted] so I know the car business.

On May 21 2014 I called Chevy corp and spoke to [redacted] she advised me to go to [redacted] in [redacted] the service managed advised me to call Lucas and tell them to fix the problem being the dealer at Lucas installed the liner .I recieved a call from [redacted] on May 27th 2014 who is the Service Manager at Lucas Chevy who seemed to have to matter under control .Once again I called Lucas Chevrolet on June 6th 2014 and spoke to [redacted] and passed the buck off to the sales dept .So I am stuck with a truck that has a defective truck bed inwhich is a GM bed liner .Desired Settlement: 350.00 plus tax plus 150.00 to fix the scratches on the tail gate from when they installed the new liner on Sept 24th 2014 I already have set the papers in motion to file a lawsuit against the dealer because I have to purchase a different liner one that will not bubble up .I have been dealing with this problem since Sept 2013 .
