Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have been at the dealer more then enough time and each time I was there I waited for the dealer manager to return my calls and no calls has been return My car is still making the same noise and other chevy dealers are saying that I have to get new tires before they can check Brakes pedal still squeaks Heated seat don't work right This was a pre-owned certified car and now they don't want to honor there word This hurts because I trusted them on their word Every time I asked to be called back I was given the answer that [redacted] wife just had a baby and he will be in later, when I call later he was with customer It's going on a year and the problem still exist I want to be compensated for my loss and trouble $ Regards, [redacted]
