Review: I initially took my 2011 [redacted] Grand Caravan to Lucas Dodge to replace the actuator in the driver side passenger door. It was replaced and once I got my van the driver side passenger door handle was broken. It was fully functional prior to taking it to Lucas. I called back and [redacted] told me he would call me for the next available service appointment. I called a week later he was out and I was told to call back on Monday, 27 April 15. I dropped it off for repair and the supposedly repair the handle but failed to put the door back together properly the door now doesn't lock into position and slides forward on it own. I checked the doors function right there and reported the issue to [redacted]. I was told sorry but it's going to need repair. They never checked their work to see if it was properly functional and my can was with them for a week. Total lack of customer service and quality control.Desired Settlement: Completely functional door in a timely manner. After this I will never use Lucas Dodge in Lumberton.

Review: On 9/12/2014 we purchased a Certified Pre-owned 2011 [redacted] Grand Cherokee, vin [redacted]. On this same date we agreed to purchase a [redacted] Vehicle Protection Plan in a separate transaction with $500 down in the form of check #[redacted] and the rest to be paid monthly.

As of the date of this complaint, the warranty has not been put in effect and we HAVE NOT received anything in the mail. We have called [redacted] Customer Service twice in the last 3 months and they have spoke with the dealership each time and they in turn said they would take care of it.

Three months later, they have not!Desired Settlement: Since they broke the contract and acted in bad faith by NOT following through with the warranty purchase, We demand our $500 deposit back immediately!

Review: I went in to have an oil change and tires rotated. They kept pressuring me to have a differential oil change at a cost of $1000 due to a 4-hour labor charge. Absurd. They rotated my tires and changed my oil. Over the following days I heard a rubbing noise that I thought was my brakes. I had another ASE Certified mechanic I know listen to the sound. As soon as he heard the sound, he immediately said it was not the brakes and that it was something with the tire. We went back to the shop and he proceeded to look at the tires. As he reviewed the back rear driver tire he noticed a lug nut was hand loose. All 5 were loose on the tire. He went to the other 3 tires and ALL lug nuts on ALL TIRES were loose. I called and explained my frustration with to the Service Manager, [redacted]. I was understandably upset since I have a 3-year old son and it could have been a much worse situation had a tire come of while operating the vehicle. The service manager said, "Easy killer", as if to tell me to calm down. This was completely unprofessional and he hung up immediately afterwards. I called the GM, [redacted] (did not catch his entire last name), who also thought I was out of line for being upset when the dealership clearly performed negligent work on my vehicle. The GM said he would look into the situation. After only 30-minutes the GM called me and said that in speaking with his senior tech and staff member that performed the job, it was determined that the ordeal was caused by improper air pressure in the air gun that tightens the bolts. The GM offered me 3-free oil changes that I feel is ridiculous. I am concerned that other customers may be driving with extremely hazardous conditions if this occurred to my vehicle - how many other vehicles are on the road where they may not realize their tires could fall off while driving on the highway. They were also supposed to do a multi-point inspection and upon further review of my brake pads, they were extremely worn.Desired Settlement: I would like the Revdex.com to be aware of the complete negligence and extremely poor customer service with the response during what could have been a life threatening situation had the tires come off of the truck body. I am EXTREMELY concerned about other customers that may have had this occur during that particular day or set of days where the mechanics obviously do not check to see if the tires are tightly secured. This could have happened for an unknown amount of time and I would think the Revdex.com should do a full investigation along with other authorities e.g., OSHA to determine how something like this could occur within a vehicle dealership that is supposed to be run to the exacting standards of Chrysler Dodge Jeep. I would like this complaint to be filed with the Corporate HQ of Jeep to ensure they understand the extent of this complaint and how the management's extremely poor customer service has frustrated this driver and that others may be in a dire situation due to this incompetence

Review: This is more about the Dodge Charger itself not the dealership with whom are very nice. On 4/15/15 two of my friends and I went to Killarneys in Hamilton Twp. NJ for lunch. I placed the car in park, shut the car off and stepped out to wait for my friends. The Dr. in the front got out with in a minute of me, our friend got out within 2-3 minutes of us. We walked approximately 4 feet to an outside patio to have lunch. I did have my remote key starter in my pocket. Other friends joined us within 15 minutes. Approximately 20 to 30 minutes later some people and the waitress came asking if anyone had a black dodge charger. I stated I did. They proceded to tell me it had backed into someones car!! When I accompanied them to the accident the car was running and was in reverse! There is no way possible the car was not in park when we all walked away from the car and the car had been shut off. The police officer as well as all that was there including myself could not understand how this had happened. When I called the dealership to tell them of this they stated they would need to recreate the problem. Through research from myself as others that were my witnesses there have been these type of issues with dodge vehicles. I am worried daily this will happen again! What would have happened if a child or a person had been behind this car?! I am in the process of trying to get rid of this car do to these reasons. I want others to know this is an issue so this does not happen to them!! I am seeking refunds for the cost of the damages from Dodge at this time.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the cost I obtained due to this issue and be let out of this lease so I can get a different vehicle.

Review: I traded in a vehicle, and purchased a new vehicle from Lucas Dodge on May 29, 2015. I was informed in June 2015, by original finance company that I still had a remaining balance on the vehicle that I traded in. I contacted Locus Dodge, and I was told that someone would call me back. Here I am several months later, and the debt has still not been paid off by Lucas Dodge. In fact, I found out that the new vehicle that I am driving was never registered, and that all of my paperwork has been sitting on a desk in an office. The Finance manager told me, that it was my responsibility to make sure that the correct pay off quote was received at the time of the sale; and it would be my responsibility to fix the issue. This sales manager also told me that my vehicle would not be registered until I made that backment to my original finance company.Desired Settlement: Balance made to my trade in Vehicle finance company.
