Review: I recently purchase my third [redacted] escape. with the former vehicles came with [redacted] sync. the sales person and I discussed the sync feature in depth. at no time did he tell me that it did not come with the vehicle, but after the purchase when I complained to [redacted] I was told it did not come with this[redacted], I would have to upgrade to a better model. I feel this is a bait and switch. I was led to believe I was buying a [redacted] vehicle that had sync, to find out that I wasn't. I can not get the manager to call me backi called [redacted] and wrote a letter and finally had the general service manager call me. She also indicated that I should have been told that it does not come with this vehicle but there was nothing she could do about it.Desired Settlement: I would like the vehicle that has the [redacted] sync services in it for free for three years as promised. They can replace the vehicle if they cant give me the promised services.
