I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO REACH MR *** FOR THE LAST WEEKS A T LEAST, I HAVE LEFT MESSAGES BUT NO RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMERHIS MATTER IS OF SERIOUS CONCERN TO METRO FORD, AND I STRONGLY BELIEVE WE CAN RECONSILE THIS AND SATISFY THE CUSTOMERIF CUSTOMER DOES CONTACT US I WILL RESERVICE HIS VEHICLE
AND ENSURE IT IS CORRECT AND REFUND THE MONIES HE HAS SPENT WITH US

I visited metro ford last year with my soon to be ex wife. She didnt qualify for a loan and they made me feel so guilty about not wanting it my name that I signed. Of course she didnt make the payments.and now the truck will probably be repossesed. On top of that the truck had multiple problems from the beginning that were never fixed. The entire gauge cluster has been malfunctioning since we brought the vehicle home. Then to top off this great service, when I returned looking to get another vehicle to replace my current one, they low balled me on my trade so bad that there was no way I could make a deal. Their solution, let my truck get repossesed and buy something else from them. I tried not to laugh in their face at the ludacris idea and went to barnes crossing hyundai and got a great deal on a brand new car plus a great offer on my trade. I would not recommend metro ford to anyone.
