The technician went through the entire irrigation system and all the sprinkler heads, they were all working properly at the turn on. It is not uncommon for heads to require attention during the season, damage can be done by landscapers, mowers or animals, sometimes the heads just get moved slightly or sometimes they are completely brokenIn this case the technician adjusted heads and replaced oneWe hope this resolves the issue

The grass turned brown because the sprinkler dedicated for that area was not properly redirected when the April service was performed. Therefore the June service call was to correct the problem and I should not be charged for labor again.Regards,

Mr. [redacted] irrigation system was not installed by our company and it consists of 5 different zones. It is not uncommon to have problems with sprinkler heads throughout the season, especially with the older systems. The sprinkler turn on was completed 4/24/15, the sprinkler heads the technician...

changed were in zones 2, 4 and 5. At the service call for brown spots on 5/22/15 the zone the technician changed heads on was zone 3. Our technicians do a thorough evaluation at every service call so we believe when they left the initial call it was in proper working condition. We have attached the jobsheets from the 2 visits.  We apologize for not getting back in touch with Mr. [redacted], we mistakenly thought everything was resolved.  Thank you.
