Review: When my driveway was originally paved in late summer 2014, I had communicated with the owners that I did not want the paving to extend to the fence, as I was replacing the fence in a different location. The workers did pave right to the fence. I spoke with [redacted] after the work was completed and she assured me that she would come back by as soon as the fence was replaced and fill in where the lines were no correct. I attempted to contact [redacted] and she asked me to send her picture via text and she would come by and look at it. I never heard back. One year later in the Fall of 2015, I reached out to the company again, and also stated I wanted to know when I needed to have my driveway sealed and when they could "fill in" the spots I had asked about. [redacted] and I communicated again, but I never heard back. Feeling bad about texting her, I started to contact the company in the fall, and again this spring. I attempted to reach out to them via their website, and have called the office over 3 different times and let them know I was very frustrated, in order to retain the warranty they require they perform the sealing work. I texted [redacted] again on May 25 as I saw that Lucas was doing work close to me. At this point, I have some issues with the pavement warping and cracking around the edges. She called me and we had a great conversation that she would look at it and hopefully make the repairs before the weekend, and that they would seal the driveway at cost for me. I was very enthusiastic. On May 27th, I checked back in and she did read my message but I did not receive a response. I texted [redacted] again on July 7, and still no response. This situation has escalated as I have issues that need to be fixed before the driveway can be sealed.Desired Settlement: 1. Fill in the open area that remains irregularly shaped due to the asphalt being laid to the fence line as promised.

2. Repair the warping occuring at the garage.

3. Repair the edges which are cracking away.

4. Seal the driveway at cost as promised.

Review: Contractor was hired to repair brick walkway. Contractor performed the work on June 1-2, 2013 but did not let repair properly cure before rain washed away the sealer and some of the repair material during the afternoon of June 2, 2013. We discussed the weather conditions and suitability of doing the work then or waiting for dryer weather. Contractor said weather should not be a factor. I called the contractor the following day (June 3, 2013). He visited and acknowledged the problem and promised to come repair the walkway. He has since not returned at least five phone calls and one email. His receipt states the work done and includes the words, "One Year Guarantee".Desired Settlement: I would like the contractor to redo the work in a timely manner, as promised.
