I am rejecting this response because:
The landlord is continuing to lie about their wrong doing, falsely stating any information about rental increase was given to me. I was never posted this information however they included a note in my file that I was never given or informed of. I was significantly verbally harassed by every employee in the office which has given me great fear in staying on the property until my move. Because they are continuing to lie And will not accept responsibility for this matter, I will continue to contact any agency I need to make this right.

The rent increase was sent in writing 30 days prior to the rent increasing(as required by law). The resident is not required to renew the lease after a rent increase. The resident does not have to give management verbal or written confirmation approving the rent increase. It was...
however the residents choice to vacate the premises after the rent increase took place on November 30th 2015 . The rent increase is not harassing the resident its simply something that was decided due to the utilities going up.
Tell us why here... Mr .[redacted] and his 2 roommates are upset because they were charged for not moving out of the house at the end of the month as they stated on the move out notice. Mr [redacted] was in the house still sleeping with a female guest when all the contractors tried enter the house to...
start their work. When they finally moved out they left the unit dirty with furniture left behind and some items in need of replacement. We sent them their bill certified mail and spoke to all parties in several occasions over the phone. They failed to make a payment or make a payment agreement with us back in July 2017. They are now in collections. Mr [redacted] had agreed to pay collections back on December 5th 2017 and defaulted on his agreement. There is no error in their balance.
