Hello, In regards to Mrs*** we are unable to provide a refund at this time Mrs*** was very rude cursing and throwing bottles in our lobby now I had to call the police to have her removed from the property, she was a major disturbance to all of our guestIf needed I can get a copy of police reports and forward to youWe will not be refunding Mrs*** anything at this time as we have already resolved the complaint through our corporate officeThank you

I am rejecting this response because: They told me nowhere that they had a cancelation #, I was told verbally on the phone The fact that when I called Monday match 16th to speak with a managerbecause they told me she was to busy to answer me on Friday, I could hear her in the background of of my calls telling the person the phone that she wasn't available to take my calls And again I will reiterate the fact that out of years of booking hotel rooms for my dance team, I have never had a no call, no show I have never taken down anyone's name that I spoke with either. I never received an original email with my confirmations on it to begin with! I'm thinking this is habit for comfort inn's because the same exact thing he happened to other people the same wayVerbal cancelation # told not to worry about anything everything is taken care of and then hung up I will contact my cell phone company to get the dates that I called this address And I believe I used my landlines studio phone as well I week get your days that you rewrote But in the meantime, I will be calling and making a formal complaint with the Mississippi chamber of Commerce and the Mississippi bureau of tourism to make a complaint I will never stay inside Biloxi, msAgain And I will make sure no one else does either I will be putting up a buyer beware of this hotel! And if none of this gets this resolved, you will be hearing from my attorney shortly after I have never felt like ice been taken advantage of till this action took place It is highway robberyAnd single mothers with a very small business as their income tend to be very careful when dealing with quantities of any kind, including hotel rooms! Just imagine if this happened to you Financially it is a huge blow when your just trying to survive So Comfort Inn thank you making a person feel like they are being taken advantage of and treated with disrespect.

From the night the guest checked in his room and down the hallway smelled like smoke he was warned about this prior to the charges being postedWhen we went in the room me and another employee we found the window had been unscrewed and open and the room smelled strong of tobacco (which it didnt
prior to his arrival)I had several other employees go in that room I didnt tell them why and when they all came out they said whoever was in that room smoked it smells horibleWhen the guest arrived we have each guest inital a reg card saying you will be charged $if you smoke, damage or take anything out of rooms to which he intailed all the lines and signed at the bottom. The reason he was only charged $is because I was trying to get the room charge as close as I could to make the balance without goin over $If you have any questions feel free to give me a call AT 228-***

I am rejecting this response because: That is a blantabt lie*** never threw one bottle let alone bottlesA guest left a bottle in the lobby near the entrance to elevator and lobby and I almost tripped over, causing the bottle to slide across the floorThey have cameras, it should show that*** never used one curse word, but I did because I was angry, but no one was in the lobby as far as guest, again cameras can prove thatThey did indeed call the police twice, but we were never told to leave by the officer, we decided to leave on our ownWe even called down to have our room inspected, since the manager said it was a requirement in order to get our deposit backAt that time, she informed us that the police were coming, it couldn't have pretsin to us because as I stated earlier we were already leaving and didn't disturb anyone, maybe the manager and ***They did expect us to be a force to reckon withI find it very alarming that the reason for us not getting a refund has constantly changed as we contact different entities, but once again we will pursue this to the highest level.

We apologize for all of Mrs. [redacted] inconvenience unfortunately we will not be able to refund her any money, once again we have already resolved this issue through our corporate office... Mrs. [redacted] is upset because our corporate office refuses to do anything in regards to this matter, due to the fact that I as management followed all proper procedures. No one was being rude but Mrs. [redacted]. Therefore no refund will be processed.

Hello,We need to know how the guest cancelled, where did she call, who did she speak with, what day and time. Did she call from her cell phone if so I need proof of that call. As of this time no refund will be issued, she has no proof of cancellation, the cancellation number she gave me is...

invalid.

I am sorry but no refunds ae availabledue to the fact thatyou stayed all night and utilized my room.
