Good afternoon *** Thank you for affording me the opportunity to respond to this complaint Mr [redacted] account of the activities that took place are accurate with the addition of the following informationAs noted, the auction took place on April As folks bring their items to consign, they are asked to sign a checard that states the policies of Luce Auctioneers, including the payment time frame of two weeks Checks were mailed to consigners within this time frame.After being contacted by Mr***, I was able to research the equipment and determine that I had made an error while entering the information into our computer system This took longer than expected as I had to physically track down the equipment Once the information was located, it was rekeyed into the system and immediately processed for payment As approved, the payment was sent in addition of $for the inconvenienceI attribute Mr [redacted] bad experience to my very own human error Had I entered the information into our system accurately, the entire situation would have been avoided As anyone human being can attest, accidents happen and I did my very best to correct the issue in a timely manner Should anyone be ridiculed, it should be me Not Luce AuctioneersThank you for the opportunity I apologize, once again, to Mr [redacted] for my error and hope that he will return to the auction to be provided with a better experience.Heidi S [redacted]
