I brought in my [redacted] to have the engine fan looked at because I didn’t think it was running properly if at allIn the process of it being checked out two plugs were broken & the computer was blown by employees at Luce’s garageThey repaired one plugThe car went in their garage running but wouldn't run anymore when they finished with itI had it towed to [redacted] & had to buy a new computer for carI heard them saying they hadn’t taken classes to learn to use their car scanner but used it on my vehicleThey were very rude and refused to repair the damage they had to my vehicleApproximately a week prior to this, I had brought my [redacted] to them because it was stalling a lot while drivingIt wouldn't start and the employees at Luces Garage came out and got my car into the garage & said it needed a new fuel pumpI had them put a new one in and my car stalled all the way home & then diedcars in weeksThey car did not need a new fuel pump obviousl

late January and he couldn't get it started againHe asked us what we could do to help him out without costing a lot of money because he was brokeAfter diagnosing the car, we told him his problem was, most likely, the fuel pumpA new pump was over $and a used one was $He opted to get the used pumpWe ordered, received, and installed the pump with a new seal from *** *** (which we gave him for free)We charged him $for the pump and hours @$per for the jobHe paid for the work and took the vehicle homeA few days later (early February) this same person came back with a different vehicleThis time he brought a *** ** ***He told us his *** still wasn't running right, so he bought the ** *** for $from a local scrap guyThe cooling fans weren't working, and it was over-heating, so he asked us to take a look at itWe brought it into the garage at NO COSTOnce we hooked up the diagnostic computer (we use this practically everyday here, BTW) to this vehicle, it wouldn't even start or give a reading on the scannerBoth mechanics that were looking at this vehicle concluded that it needed a new computerThat is why the fans weren't working, it wouldn't start, and it wouldn't give a reading on the scannerWe found a used computer for this vehicle for $and gave it to him at NO COSTAlso, while trying to diagnose the vehicle, the coolant temp sensor broke offWe replaced this part as well at NO COSTWe told him there was nothing more we could doA dealership would have to program the used computer we gave him for it to work in his carWe did everything we could to help this man out because he said he didn't have any moneyHe spent a total of $on the *** at our garage, and not a single penny here on the ** ***We don't owe this man a thingWe have a great reputation at our establishment, and we go above and beyond for every customer who walks in hereWe believe that this man wants something for nothing.If you need anything further from me, just let me knowCall me at *** ***Thanks,*** ***Luce Transportation
