company. We do however make mistakes and will do what it takes to make our installed systems as reliable as possible.
This project didn't go quite as we planned and I will admit that there was some poor communication on our end. We did get onsite to get the initial installation date of the cellular repeater portion installed and did make a second trip because there was no power where we needed it along with no board to mount the equipment too so we couldn't finish it the first time out. Not a big deal.
The main issue that I/we had was when it came to the door locks. This is where my/our lack of communication started. When items leave the office we check them out and have another guy double check it to make sure that it matches what was proposed. We delivered the proper items to site that was on the agreed proposal and they were to install the locks. After approx. 2 weeks I ended up getting a call saying they were short a lock and I know that all were delivered. This is where I stopped communication as I felt like I was stolen from. After the first notice from the Revdex.com I did reach out and apologized for our lack of communication. We scheduled a time to be onsite and I talked with [redacted] about the lock in which it seemed pretty genuine that he has no clue about it. We have repurchased a new one and will be bringing it out to get it installed and programmed.
We have had some further issues stemming from the onsite network firewall that is out of our control and hasn't been provided by us but we are actively helping to resolve it and will get his system up and running as we initially discussed.
Overall I are embarrassed by my actions and I hope that [redacted] ends up being as pleased with our services as the 1000's of other customers that we have done work for over the years.
