product was returned they owe me a refund
I ordered this product. Thought I was receiving a sample. No where on the web site did it say it was a reoccurring product. I checked before I purchased. A couple of months later I receive 2 charges for $94 from a company I have never heard of which was the ketterlin inc. I thought it was a fraudulent charge so I called the bank to have the charges reversed. The name ketterlin is not on the product anywhere. Then later that week I receive the product. Ketterlin sends the paperwork to the bank, and the bank debits the product out of my account. I return the product back to the company which went to the P.O. Box number in Florida. So I wait no refund. This all started June 7. 2018. I've called them several times and emailed them with a copy and paste showing where the product was charged to my account and the date. I've never received a response from the 5 times I have sent the email. The operators on the phone tell me there is nothing they can do for me. The bank has verified the product was charged to my account. They show the product as being returned but they say they don't see where the bank debited my account for the product after the chargeback. I've asked to speak to a supervisor, I had to wait 30 minutes for her to come to the phone only to tell me the exact same message as the others I've spoken to. I believe their call center is outside of the United States and they do not have any authority and will not give you to someone who does. My last ditch effort is to send a copy of my statement with a letter from the bank stating the payment made.

Desired Outcome

I want the money returned back to my account. They have their product. $200

Product offered for initial cost of $4.97 w/ other orders at 89.95. This business has charged me twice under 2 different names $94.91 and $94.92.
June - 2 withdraws taken from my acct. One under Ketterlin $89.92 and one under Eye Serum for $94.92.

July - SAME EXACT THING! under Ketterlin for 94.91 and again on 7/15 for 94.92 from Eye Serum.

August - SAME THING as in June and July!!

I have filed a dispute with my credit card company for Ketterlin charges AND now with you.

Desired Outcome

$279.74 is my dispute for each of the 3 Ketterlin charges in June, July and August.

Product was offered for initial cost of $4.97 with other orders at 89.95 . This business has Two references taking A - $94.91 and B - $94.92.
I initially ordered the cream at $4.94 and with the understanding that I could cancel at any time after 30 days . it became an auto ship at $89.95 plus sipping each month and trying to cancel to no avail . However they were not only taking $94.92 under kdureyeserum , but also taking $94.91 under ketterlincrm each month .

Desired Outcome

Stop the auto payments and refund all over payments .

Signed up for free trial ($5), credit card charged for subscription ($98) that I did not authorize.
On Feb. 6, 2018, I ordered online a free trial Age Serum face cream for $4.98. I received the face cream and an additional eye cream for $5.99. On Feb. 22, I noticed a debit of $98.42 in my bank account. Called the company and was told that I would get a refund as I did not ask for this or receive any additional product. This was confirmed by an email sent to me. I have not received a refund and pursued this with the credit card company, they said I had to call the face cream company again . I have called the company and they have cancelled my account but will not refund me for something I never received. I have had to get a new bank card so that they don't continue to charge me.

Desired Outcome

The $98 charge to my credit card.

Chase bank has debited my checking account with 98.00 this past week. Before that I called the company and was told I couldn't get my money back because the account was closed.Recieved a letter now from Chase saying it was resolved. thank you for interest. If iny change, I will notify yoi.

PAID FOR A FREE TRIAL, THEN THEY CHARGED MY ACCOUNT FOR $89.92.
CALLED 855 208 3259 CUSTOMER SERVICE TO ASK FOR CANCELLATION AND RETURN MONEY TO MY ACCOUNT AND THEY SAID I HAD AGREED TO BE CHARGED AFTER 14 DAYS. I EXPLAINED THAT I WOULD NOT AGREE TO PAY $100 FOR A FACE CREAM I HAD NOT USED LONG ENOUGH TO DETERMINE IT'S EFFECTS.

Desired Outcome

$89.92 RETURNED TO MY CHECKING ACCOUNT

Lucienne Skin is a total rip off! They billed for double one for a trial and then for a related company of theirs Elaine eye serum which I NEVER ORDERED! I was charged almost a $1000.00 and I can not get any refund even though I CANCELLED and they kept sending and charging my credit card AFTER THE FACT FOR BOTH PRODUCTS. I MAILED ALL OF THEIR PRODUCTS BACK AND STILL NO REFUND.
tHEY HAVE STOLEN A LOT OF MONEY FROM ME.
