sold [redacted] the car on jan 24,prior to the sale she had the car out twice for test drives and check over car was fine no issues we negotiated the deal,included in the deal was a [redacted] km or 3 month [redacted] warranty (at no extra charge to...

her)couple days later she came back the windshield washer fluid wasn't working told her to drop it off I would check it out,it needed a new washer pump(not sure where the bent hose and 2 days to fix it story came from,told her I had to order the new pump it would be in the next morning,put the new pump in called her told her the car was ready and no charge to her,as far as I knew everthing was fine,she did not contact me about any problems with the car or needed anything fixed, approximately 2 weeks ago she left several messages on my phone cursing and swearing screaming like a complete lunatic I returned her messages no answer,left her a message to call me,when she called me back it was the same as her messages,screaming hollering swearing threatening to ruin me (her words)I did not laugh at her,she was screaming about getting a laywer and suing me when I tried to talk she kept screaming swearing and hung up on me,the other day she drove by my shop and shouted out something I could not make out what she said,other than the messages she left me,at no time did she contact me about any issues with the car,I still have the messages she sent me recorded,you are more then welcome to listen to those if you like.as far as the car passing inspection with a burnt out brake light,a light bulb can burn out anytime,we are not required to check the lights for inspection anymore(that is now the responsibility of the owner)some of the inspection laws have changed in the last few years,but on the same note I can assure you the light was working when I did the inspection,I still check everything on my cars before they are sold

There is no resolution in his write up at all. And yes I did call him in February when all my problems started. He was no help at all. Now of course im mad. I bought a car thinking I would have a good reliable car. But no its the worst car I ever got. I believe I deserve the money back for the motor work. I will take him to court if I have to. I figured he would like to step up this way and be nice about it but I guess not. Still asking for the [redacted] for the repair
