Just wanted to post a warning to anyone thinking of trying this moisturizer using the company's false advertising for free sample. I was charged $88 plus another $30. Charges on credit card statement did not even have the word Lucineux in it, It was charged from *** and secondly from ***. I have since called and closed account to be sure they stop sending and charging my card. The cream isn't even that good. It's just ok. I've used better moisturizers from drug store.
I have been charged for $ 88.97 from Lucineux three times after I cancelled the order on the next day after I ordered the free samples. I have talked to them many times - I have Confirmation numbers which they said were for the refunds that would be sent to my bank. Only one credit has been sent. They owe me $ 177.94

Once the box is checked and the purchase information is entered; then the consumer is enrolled into our program and the orders are processed.
The website always offers the terms and conditions available for the consumer, the product details and the customer support information. Our company policy is to ensure that we advertise our customer support information on all aspects to ensure that it is convenient for the consumer. We have this detail listed on the merchandise bottles, email confirmations sent directly to the customer email address provided on their account, the invoices sent with shipment and the product website.
After reviewing the customer account; we have issued the customer the following refunds in the interest of amicable resolution:
07/17/2019 - Refunded - $88.97 Trans-ID: XXXXXXXXXX
The other refund of 89.97 *** is looking for has already been refunded by our customer service team on 7/5/2019. The two amounts total $178.94.
Refunds have been issued to the source of the original payment and processing generally takes 7 to 10 business days. The subscription, which was agreed upon by agreeing to Terms and Conditions on our checkout page has been cancelled.
We hope this will satisfy the customer's concerns as well abide by our policies. Our interest in resolution is genuine.
