Review: I placed an order on June **, 2013 on line. I received an order id #[redacted] in the amount of $42.98. Today it is July **, 2013 and I have not received the items I ordered and I have left 3 messages on the phone number - no return call I have also tried to reach them by leaving an email to no avail.Desired Settlement: I want the items they charged my credit card for or a full refund of $42.98.

When checking their online site for status of the order, the message states that I have no order with them. I have left four e-mail messages and three telephone messages. All are unanswered. As this order was for two Christmas gifts, it is already late.Desired Settlement: I would like to know the status of the order and/or receive the items immediately.

Review: I ordered merchandise from Luck Jewels on June **, 2013. My credit card was charged June **. According to the company's website, my order has shipped. However, as of today, July **, I have still not received my order. I called the company on 7/** and 7/**. No one answers - can only leave voicemails. I have also emailed the company - again no response. I would like to get the merchandise, but at this point, I am about to contact my credit card and have the charge removed since I can get no response from Luck Jewels re: the delivery problem.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my order resent at no extra charge and for the company to contact me. (There was no receipt in the envelope containing the order, and no other contact from Luck Jewels.) However, one of the items ordered was still missing. I have contacted Luck Jewels by e-mail and am awaiting a response.

Review: I bought two bracelets and did the express shipping and never got them in the mail. I bought this on June **, 2013 and have no sign of the products.
