After an in person consultation and several images of what I wanted, I got the wrong style and color of wig unit. This is more than disappointing. And then I'm out 600.00. To hell with lucke by keisha.

I just received my first Lucke By Keisha Wig, The packaging itself is very beautiful, once I opened the package, I was absolutely amazed at the softness of the wig, this is definitely quality material. I tried my wig on and I am in awe of how natural it is, even I can't tell I'm wearing a wig, I'm
already looking forward to my next one.

I reached out to this vendor to provide a service which was to repair my wig. I paid for this product and instead of delivering a repaired wig they sent me another product that I didn't ask for. They kept my original product and have refused t return it or refund me.

This customer had been a great client of ours. She purchased 3 wigs in the past, and sent in a 2 year old wig for our refresh service. The wig was far beyond repair, and in pretty bad shape, so we went ahead and created a whole NEW wig for her, freshly made, and sent her an entirely new look valued over $500, as a gracious courtesy to her, at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. We easily could have simply told her the wig was too far gone and she would have been left with nothing, but we wanted to ensure she had a nice wig to wear to a funeral she informed us of. She then wore the wig for a month, and reached out to let us know that she had given the wig away, and wanted a refund for the repair charge paid ($187). We did not see it to be fair to issue any refund for a $500 wig that she was given, when only $187 was paid for a repair, and she wore the brand new wig for over a month. (Again, we sent her an entirely new wig as the one sent in was beyond repair.) She also informed us that she had given the product away, so now someone else has received a free wig, and we are being asked to refund monies while also being okay with having our product given away. It does not seem fair when we went above and beyond to please the client, and she decided to give the wig away. It seems like this is a good deed gone incredibly wrong unfortunately.

I was sold a new wig I didn’t even request even from the abusinessea response. They tooj into their hands to decide what needed or order and the value of someomthing I never asked for. I spent 675 for the wig that they still have in their possession. People do not do business based on what the business “thinks” you deserve. Successful business do things based on what you ordered and asked for. They admit they didn’t do that so I would like my original price refunded for the product they still have in their possession. They lied to me and gave me something I didn’t want any also to their own admission I was a loyal customer... what happened ?

I would like to be very clear with verbiage used: We did not "sell" the customer a new wig. We GAVE the customer a new wig, which was wearable, as the wig sent in was not able to be returned to usable condition as it had not been properly cared for after the 2 years. The customer was in a time crunch and needed a look for a family emergency, so we were more than happy to go above and beyond to give her a whole new wig. The customer then wore the wig for over a month, and then gave the wig away to a friend, instead of returning the wig to us as we agreed to via phone call. As stated prior, the wig we sent to the client was given away, and is being worn by her friend, as a gift from the customer. The customer would now like a refund, AND the friend has a new wig. It is not a fair complaint.

I am rejecting this response because:

This company still has my product that I own outright and paid for. I don’t know what idea they had in their mind of what they thought I needed other than was explained to the directly but they did not provide and I had asked for my product back in its original condition several times. I want to know when they will return”my” product. I have email confirmations that show they were pretending to send it but till this date I don’t have it.

I've been shopping with this company for years now and I refuse to go anywhere else. I love the customer service and the assurity of knowing my order will be delivered by a certain date. The wigs fit securely and the custom color is always spot on. I usually take by wig to a local stylist to have it contoured to make face, and even the hair stylist is impressed with the quality of the wig.

I am so happy to have found Lucke by Keisha online! It was a struggle searching for wigs to fit my small head. The custom unit created by Keisha fits my head comfortably and looks great! The quality of the product is top notch. The customer service and response time is great! Every aspect of this company's service is professional. I will definitely make another purchase in the future.

LuckebyKeisha has excellent customer service. This is my second purchase and both times have been without any problems. Communication is number one with her! Her products are top-notch and I will definitely purchase again!

Keisha and her team are amazing and the attention to detail is superb. I have been against wig/weaves my entire life and now thanks to them I own 2 units from Lucke by Keisha and my is much better because of it

Very high quality wigs. I have 3 now from her. I bought one at a ready to ship sale and they other two were custom made. If you are custom making your wig and you want it to be blonde be prepared for something cute to arrive but not what you wanted. I think that is the most disappointing thing. I sent very clear pictures and the wig that arrived wasn’t remotely in the same color family or in the right shade of blonde, and after paying over 800$ it is frustrating to have to buy toner and correct it myself and I scroll through her Instagram and she’s dying an entire wig the shade of blonde I just requested.

Hi *** ! I am sorry to see that you were not happy with your wig. I would have easily and happily adjusted the color for you had I received an email or any response from you that you would have liked the wig a different color- this is the first I am hearing from you since your wig was shipped and photos sent. Had you reached out, things could have easily been adjusted, no problem, as I am always more than willing to fix and rectify what needs to be tweaked in order to meet your satisfaction. You would not have needed to go out and buy any additional products because I could have fixed the color very quickly before it was shipped out to you. I am sorry that it needed to escalate to a negative review. I do appreciate your business and I'm sorry that we weren't able to come to an agreement via different means. Thank you, Keisha.
