I purchased a brand new car from here on January 7thI traded my car in for itSigned all the papers, the manager on site signed all the papers as well I signed over my title changed my insurance and was given the car and drove off the lotThe dealership owed me $2,for my trade in so my husband followed up with our sales guy ***He stated the deal was complete everything was good that he was waiting on the lenderWe then get a call January 14th a week later from a friend who works for GMC financial stating we have to bring the car back and he was giving us a heads up they would be callingWhen asking our friend why he simply said there was an income document problemMy husband works for a small company where he gets taxes taken out but gets paid in cashHis boss made pay stubs for him for this purchase because he does not give my husband pay stubs regularlyWe were told that they would Safice and everything would be okThey had someone who didn't even handle our purchase call us to tell us we needed to bring the vehicle backMy husband has wthat he could submit now that his employers accountant have finished them for the year that just passed but instead the dealership said it was fraud and they could not accept itEveryone we worked with here was rude and simply pushed us aside once the deal was made but the minute someone messed up they wanted their car backThe dealership finally called my husband January 18th to ask when we were bringing the car backNo one from the dealership ever explained why or tried to help find a different solution they jumped straight to taking it backThis is unacceptable and I will be in contact with a lawyer as well as taking my business elsewhere and never recommending this place and will be going to social media with this
I have sent messages for Thompson Cadillac sales people with questions about a Specific used car on the lot every day for days nowI left Specific instructions about what I wanted and How to Contact me First they did call - but called a place that I have not worked at in over yearsAnd Not the number or email that I left for them Now I see that the vehicle is not listed for sale anymoreI assume that means I got [redacted] out of the car I bought my current car from them and they screwed up several big things on it.At some point they ended up making the salesman Pay for me having to get a second key made for it That should have been the DEALER's responsibilityI will Not ever set foot again in that placeVery irresponsible people there!
