Initial start of service was $customer needed conditioner which was bought for $additional chems was also put into poolthe filter was not running everyday without proper circulation the pools clarity will not change2nd week our tech serviced pool and also rinsed filter cartridge3rd week we
put in triple amount of chlorine as for the payment $was covered.the pools condition did not improve as the system was off we then told Jessica to drain pool and we can do the drain for $which she still owes us money for the job provided so as of right now we have a outstanding balance of $300.the pool was 90% drained and she came out and sent the tech packing without payment we want full payment as the service was providedAs for her equipment we do not have possession of it as she knows where it is herself

I have documents uploaded regarding *** *** she already did a chargeback to her card despite the fact service was providedWe put in chemicals into the pool without circulation pool will get nowhereSo she contacting us back we agreed to drain her pool as we can see in the picture she is watching the tech draining the poolShe did not pay for the service which she said she will not only she did a chargeback for $plus $for drainThis lady is a fraud also claiming we have her broken sweep sweep was picked up from elk grove location and got sent to Stockton location for her to pick upShe talked to *** at *** *** after that we have no record of it as it is not our issue at that pointI will be filing a lawsuit against *** for defamation slandering and unpaid balance owed to us.Also FYI Green to Clean service consist of weekly chemical service until pool is clearedWe started August 7thcame back August 15th and last service was August 29th which we came to agree to drain her pool which is clearly in the picturePrice of drain is we gave her a deal of filters also was included free

Clear shine has confirmed that they have our pool sweep that has not been returned to our posessionThese are text dialogue between them, myself and my husband to let them know that we have not received that services we A were charged forOwner has taken my pool sweep and has not returned it nor taking calls from usI have had to pay another pool company that has confirmed that no chemicals were in my water after Clear Shine Pool Service took over the care of our poolOwner has not made any attempts to call us or answer his phone to make right with our accountPolice report has been filed for stolen equipment

The $100 paid by customer for one time has been completed an pool went from green to clear the algae settled to the bottom thereafter we got few calls from customer I sent out the pool tech he poured in another $75 worth of chemicals an not to mention service call each time we went out there total...

visits 5. As for refund I will not refund as we went negative on this job. We also cleaned her filter have not got paid for it. As for her pump circulation the pump timer was changed to run 24hrs to clean pool.

I am rejecting this response because:The tech that was sent out from a totally different company pool to drain the pool  stated that [redacted](owner) only gave him instructions to drain and refill my water and charge me 300.00 with the same Algea that has gotten even worse due to the NO  SHOWS and the NO communication for the 3 weeks paid for. As for the pool sweep. I was informed on 8/30 that [redacted] has picked it up from [redacted] and they have filed a police report after learning that the equipment was fraudulently collected after a scene was made after them telling him that it could not be released to him. I had the water tested and they stated that no chemicals were present in the pool. I have attached pictures of pool filter cartridges that reapondant is stating we're cleaned discovered by my husband. I have obtained a police report also regarding the non-returned pool equipment [redacted] is holding ransom. This Company has gotten over on many people in the same situation such as this.
