This order was placed one week and two days agoAccording to our policies, orders typically arrive within 10-daysThis is stated on our websiteCurrently we have moved our equipment to a new location and we are also trying to replace a customer service representativeWe have successfully packaged and shipped over 40,orders with no issuesAll orders are actively shipping

We have no messages (on the email) from [redacted] and her items shipped on Oct16th

I emailed her back on her and she filed the report because USPS fudged up and sent the package to Honolulu but it just delayed the order and is getting shipped back to here and I explained the whole situation to her Jessica J***Customer Service Specialist Luckless

We are actively printing and shipping orders trying to catch up in the wake of hurricane Irma as well as moving to our new locationWe are roughly weeks behind and should be caught up by the end of next weekWe have notified everyone about this delay and are working at catching up as quickly as

They have still yet to have any contact with me as to updates on my personal order

Good morning, As a business we make our best efforts to meet customer demands on a daily basisThis order according to USPS tracking did arrive at her local post office the day before Christmas December 24th Some post offices may or may not have been closedTracking info is provided and
it was picked up by USPS on the 22ndWe shipped it via Priority 1-day express to ensure delivery before ChristmasWe cannot control packages once they leave our door, we wish we couldIt's very unfortunate that the package was not delivered by USPS on time but this is something outside of our controlWe wish we could offer the turn around time of *** and the big players but we are only a company of people. This would be the first complaint we have had in the years of being in businessWe have successfully shipped over 21,orders

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.To say the business is roughly two weeks behind on orders is an understatement. If that were the case, I would have my items by now. Luckless Clothing stated they have notified everyone about being behind, which is also not the case since several of my emails to them went UNANSWERED. No such statement was ever made to me. Their complete lack of customer service and excuses are unacceptable.

I have received my order from Luckless Clothing and am satisfied with it. However, I will not be ordering from this company again due to their complete lack of customer service.

It also does not conclude the fact that the order when received was a partial order it was not even my full order. Also it does not conclude the fact that according to your website it states you would send e-mail updates of my order which none were ever sent. Its bad business and bad corrospondence regarless of if you have 1 or 1,000 employees if your going to do business you should do what you say your going to do. Your company ruined christmas for a hard working family who went on you website to order the only four item that my daughter wanted for christmas. It was to late to do shopping after the fact. Something needs to be done to rectify this situation because what was told to me was not done as it should have been, not just words and excuses that you have only three employees. You got my money for my order immediatly with those three I'm not made of money but I had no excuse I paid you immediatly. Regards,[redacted]
