I posted a review on the other page Adam asked me to call him so I called and he was rude called me a lie But Luckmore did sent me a check in the mail for 1,125 dollars.That one check is costing me 3,500 dollars .Lord Have Mercy On Y’all Soul! Using the USPS to lure in customers.

The situation is greatly exaggerated.  There was an upgrade in our system and it resulted in our having to contact some of our customers to verify their payment information was correct.We contacted her, as she said, and she agreed to call us back with her information.  She did not....

 Over 14 days we called her 7 times, not 63.  We sent her 3 texts, none of which were nasty.  Our system records all of our text messages.  They are part of her record in our system.We tried to keep her from getting a late fee and also did not want her to be 30 days late and reflect negatively on her credit bureau.It is obvious that she is upset at the situation and has become aggressive instead of accepting that she never called us back as she said she would.  It is unfortunate that she did not call some one here instead of making false claims to outside companies about unfair business practices and predatory lending.If she wants to call our office and talk to someone in a civil manner, perhaps we can do something about her late fee.

I talked to our representative that dealt with the customer and he tells a different tale. She left out the foul language she used while attempting to get her requested information. The customer has received her amount of interest paid on her loan.  I assume she is satisfied because I...

have not heard from her since.  The Revdex.com provides a valuable resource for people that need help in dealing with businesses.  Unfortunately, some people misuse this resource to try to disgrace businesses or employees that help them in order to make themselves feel better regardless of the actual issues. This is one of those cases.

Chris a loan officer was very rude disrespectful and should not be working there he was not customer friendly and has a Nasty attitude after speaking with Chris I decided to call back to speak with a manager the receptionist told me the owner name is Adam and that she would give him my message and see if he decides to call me back which he never did for me to explain how rude his loan officer was NEVER GETTING A LOAN FROM THERE EVER! (I was offered an amount lower than applied for but I didn't even want that after being talked down to) STAY AWAY
