Those are not facts. After u "fixed" the car and I drove away I called within 20 mins called to say it was still making the same noises and my daughter was with me and the text message to verify. There were never any scheduled times that I was to bring it in. What you forgot to mention is how my husband has recently become very ill and doesn't even make it out of the bedroom until the sun is about to set due to his illness. The car did have low miles but I wouldn't say it was clean considering I had to throw away California lottery tickets that were left for me. So much for your honesty. Yeah I did say a few things about some of the workers and my txt wont lie but I still think they knew the car wasn't good b4 they even sold it. As for calling anyone a b - that is hearsay. They knew my warranty was about up and the mechanic told me to drive it. It sat the whole weekend while I I usually waited for the mechanic on Monday. Their story keeps changing. I have recorded the conversations between us and what they responded is different from our recorded conversation. All I want is my car to run like a $11000 car should. And how can u post on your website that you are Revdex.com accredited when I had to fill in the company I do because you weren't in the system? Lawyers have said I have a case I just dont want to do them like they did me. They can't even get my name right - just like other info on the paperwork isn't correct. Poorly ran business I would say
